It is with regret that today we say goodbye to Tudor Road Garage in Hampton.
Tudor Road Garage was a traditional garage in that it was placed in the middle of houses, for maximum convenience. Sadly these smaller independent garages are reducing in numbers.
There was a genuine sadness to hear that one of our neighbour garages was closing down. We might be competitors, but motor trade is a small and friendly industry.
With the continued short supply of housing, Tudor Road Garage has closed it’s doors after providing servicing and repairs to the local people of Hampton for over 30 years! The Victorian site will provide housing for local people, after significant development.
We wish the team at Tudor Road Garage a very happy new chapter, whether that includes retirement or new opportunities in the motor trade.
